At Easysell Services, we strive to deliver quality products of your choice. However, if you are not satisfied with the order you have received for any reason, please contact us at support@easysell.co.in.
If you are unhappy with the product you have received or need a size change, you can request a return. Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be inspected, and we will issue credits in your Easysell Wallet for the value of the returned products.
A return handling charge of Rs. 50 per product will be applied, except for cases of wrong or defective products. Credits can be used to place a new order.
Items must be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.
If you receive a wrong or defective product, request a return from your Orders page or email us at support@easysell.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. Providing a video of opening the package can expedite resolution.
Returned products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Clothing items must have brand tags intact; products with removed tags indicating usage will not be accepted.
The return process will take 7-10 working days from the date of the return request. For locations not supported for reverse pickups, you may self-ship the products to our office.

Easysell ServicesWe will credit your Easysell Wallet with Rs. 100 for shipping costs in case of wrong or defective products.
Easysell Wallet credits can be used for purchases on our website. 1 credit equals Rs. 1. Credits are non-transferable and have no expiry date.
Prepaid order refunds can be credited to your Easysell Wallet or the original payment method. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will only be issued as credits unless a wrong or defective product is received.
Orders can be canceled before they are processed at our office. Prepaid payments will be refunded within 10 working days if canceled as per the procedure.
